Cancellation policy

OVERVIEW

At Owtrld™, we offer multiple ways to buy, including one-time purchases and promotional digital packages. Because our catalog includes a hybrid of physical merchandise and instant digital file deliveries, our cancellation parameters depend heavily on the type of product purchased.

PHYSICAL GOODS CANCELLATION

  • Before Fulfillment: You may request a cancellation for any physical item order within 12 hours of your purchase, provided the item has not yet entered our fulfillment or custom printing pipeline. Please contact us immediately through our official Contact page to request a cancellation.
  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been assigned a tracking number and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or intercepted. If you no longer want the package, you must wait to receive the physical item and initiate a return following our standard Return Policy guidelines. The customer remains responsible for return shipping costs.

DIGITAL LIBRARY DOWNLOADS & INSTANT ACCESS ITEMS

  • No Cancellations or Refunds: Due to the immediate, permanent nature of digital access codes, digital file delivery, and downloadable e-books, all sales for items inside our Digital Library are final.
  • Once an access link or file download stream has been initiated or delivered to your email inbox, the purchase cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. We advise reviewing product descriptions carefully before executing digital checkouts.

GIFT CARDS AND VOUCHERS

  • Non-Refundable: All purchased digital gift cards, vouchers, and store credits are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or redeemed for physical cash, except where required by law.

PROCESSING CANCELLED REFUNDS

  • If a cancellation request is approved within the allowable 12-hour window, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or digital payment gateway. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the financial institution to post the transaction back to your balance sheet.
