Please note that processing times vary depending on the type of items in your cart:

  • Custom Apparel & Lifestyle Gear: Our custom apparel items are printed and crafted on-demand to ensure premium quality. Processing for these products typically takes 2 to 5 business days before dispatch.
  • Physical Goods (Tech, Cosmetics, Accessories, Food & Beverages): Standard catalog products are packed and processed within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Digital Library Downloads & Vouchers: Digital products require zero shipping time. Access links for e-books and vouchers are delivered instantly to your email address upon successful payment.

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

We offer reliable worldwide shipping to connect our global community. Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and chosen carrier method.

ORDER TRACKING & DELIVERY

Once your order has been dispatched,you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to trace your package.
You can monitor your order’s journey at any time by visiting our dedicated Order Tracking page located in our main website menu. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

CUSTOMS,DUTIES & TAXES

Owtrld™ is proud to ship to an international audience. However,please be advised of the following regarding cross-border shipments:

  • Any customs duties, import fees, tariffs, or local taxes levied by your destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not collect or predict these fees in advance. If you are unsure of your local import regulations, we highly recommend contacting your local customs office prior to purchasing.
  • If a package is refused by the customer due to customs fees, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any return fees incurred, and a potential restocking fee.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

We want to get your premium gear to you as quickly as possible. Please review your shipping details carefully during checkout.

  • If you notice an error in your shipping address after completing your purchase, please contact us immediately via our Contact page.
  • Once an order has been transferred to our fulfillment centers or shipping carriers, we are completely unable to modify or reroute the address.

DAMAGED,LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. We take great care in packaging our goods securely.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives broken or damaged, please inspect it immediately and take clear photographs of the outer packaging and the product. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can initiate a carrier claim and arrange a replacement for you.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking number shows "Delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please check with your local postal carrier, neighbors, or building management first. If the package remains missing, contact our support team within 7 days so we can help investigate with the carrier.
